Digital Downloads

If you purchase one of our digital puppet patterns you agree to waive your 14 day right to cancel. The file will be sent automatically once payment has been confirmed to the email address you provide during checkout. The file will be available to download for a period of 30 days. Make sure to save the file to your computer or device. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads. We do not post copies of the pattern it is only available as a digital download. If you have any problems with the pattern please contact us.

You will need a printer to print off the pattern. You will need to use your internet browser or Adobe Reader (available online for free) to view the file. To print off the file set your printer to A4 portrait and size to Actual size or 100%.
